2. Definitions

• “Event” refers to API Connect 2026 scheduled for 27 January 2026 in Gujarat, India.

• “Organizer” refers to Ki Eventz.

• “Attendee” refers to any person who registers for or participates in the event.

• “Exhibitor” refers to any organization presenting or showcasing products/services.

• “Sponsor” refers to partners offering financial or promotional support.

3. Registration & Payment
3.1 Registration is required for all attendees.
3.2 All ticket purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration.
3.3 Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organizer in writing.
3.4 Promotional codes or discounts (if any) must be applied at checkout and cannot be claimed after purchase.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Attendee Cancellations

• Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: 50% refund

• Cancellations within 30 days: No refund

4.2 Organizer Cancellations

• If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • A full or partial refund may be offered

  • OR tickets may be transferred to a rescheduled date

• Ki Eventz is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any third-party costs.

5. Event Program & Changes
5.1 The organizer reserves the right to modify:

• The event agenda

• Speakers

• Sessions

• Exhibitor allocations

• Timings & venue arrangements

5.2 Any changes will be communicated via email or website updates.

6. Attendee Conduct
6.1 Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully.
6.2 Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.
6.3 Attendees must comply with event and venue safety rules.

7. Photography & Media Consent
By attending the event, you agree that:

• You may appear in event photos, videos, and promotional materials

• The organizer has full rights to use such media for marketing, social media, websites, and future promotions

• No compensation is provided for such use

If you do not wish to appear in media, notify the organizer in advance.

8. Exhibitor & Sponsor Terms
8.1 Exhibitors/Sponsors must comply with participation guidelines, booth regulations, and branding rules.
8.2 Exhibitors must ensure that all displayed materials are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights.
8.3 Ki Eventz may reposition booths or adjust exhibition layout as required.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All event content—including presentations, graphics, brand assets, and materials—is protected by copyright.
9.2 Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose event materials without written permission.
9.3 Exhibitors and speakers retain rights over their individual content.

10. Liability
10.1 The organizer is not responsible for:

• Personal injury

• Loss or damage of belongings

• Technical disruptions

• Travel or accommodation issues

10.2 Participation in the event is at your own risk.

11. Data Protection & Privacy
11.1 By registering, you consent to:

• Collection of your name, contact details, company information

• Receiving event-related communications

• Your data being shared with sponsors/exhibitors for business follow-ups (if you opt-in)

11.2 All data is handled per the Privacy Policy provided on the website.

12. Force Majeure
The organizer is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to events outside reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters

• Pandemic restrictions

• Political unrest

• Government regulations

• Venue issues

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Gujarat, India.
