SHIPPING

1. Digital Ticket Delivery
After you complete your registration:
✔ Your event ticket is delivered via email
You will receive:

  • Registration confirmation

  • Payment receipt

  • Unique attendee ticket or QR code

  • Event access instructions

✔ Delivery Time
Tickets are normally delivered instantly, but may take up to:

  • 5–10 minutes if email servers are slow

  • 1 hour in rare cases

If you do not receive your ticket, contact us at connect@kieventz.com.

2. Delivery of Event Updates & Reminders
We will send important event information to your registered email, including:

  • Event schedule

  • Venue details

  • Session timings

  • Speaker announcements

  • Networking instructions

  • Exhibitor/sponsor updates

These communications are essential for participation at API CONNECT 2026.

3. Physical Shipping (Not Applicable)
API CONNECT 2026 does not involve shipment of physical products.
We do not ship:

  • Merchandise

  • Printed tickets

  • Printed brochures

  • Physical badges

All event materials are digital and/or collected onsite at check-in.

4. Badges & Onsite Material Pickup
Your attendee badge and welcome kit (if applicable) will be provided onsite at the event venue on the day of the conference.
You must show:

  • Your digital ticket or QR code

  • A valid photo ID


5. Post-Event Material Delivery
After the event, you may receive:

  • Session highlights

  • Presentation decks (if speakers permit)

  • Event photos/video links

  • Certificates of participation (if applicable)

These are usually delivered within:

  • 5–10 business days after the event.


6. Incorrect Email or Contact Information
We are not responsible for delays in digital delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect email address entered during registration

  • Spam filters blocking emails

  • Inbox storage issues

  • Misspelled names or domains

Please double-check your registration details before completing payment.

7. Delivery Failure
If you do not receive your ticket within 1 hour, please:
✔ Check spam/junk folder
✔ Search for “Ki Eventz” in your inbox
✔ Ensure your payment was successful
If still not received, email us and we will resend your ticket immediately.

8. International Attendees
All digital tickets and communications are delivered electronically worldwide.
There are no additional delivery fees for international attendees.
