Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Terms
This policy applies to all types of registrations for API CONNECT 2026, including:

  • Attendee tickets

  • Exhibitor passes

  • Sponsorship packages

  • Add-on services (networking passes, presentation slots, etc.)

By completing registration, you accept the terms described below.

2. Attendee Ticket Cancellations
2.1 Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event

  • Eligible for a 50% refund

  • Processing fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

2.2 Cancellations made within 30 days of the event

  • No refunds will be issued

  • You may request one of the following instead:

    • Ticket transfer to another individual (subject to approval)

    • Credit note for a future Ki Eventz conference (if approved)

2.3 No-shows

  • Attendees who do not attend the event will not receive a refund or credit.


3. Exhibitors & Sponsors
Exhibitors and sponsors enter a separate agreement, but the following applies unless otherwise mentioned in their contract:
3.1 Cancellation within 7 days of booking

  • 50% refund available

  • Only if the event is still more than 60 days away

3.2 Cancellation after 7 days of booking

  • No refund
    This is because booth space, branding, and promotional commitments are already allocated.

3.3 Failure to attend

  • No refund or credit applies.


4. Organizer Cancellations / Event Rescheduling
If Ki Eventz cancels or postpones the event due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure), the following options will be provided:
4.1 Full cancellation

  • Attendees may receive either:

    • A full refund, OR

    • A credit transfer to the next event

4.2 Event rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled:

  • Your ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date

  • No additional charges

Refunds for rescheduled events are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4.3 Force Majeure
No refunds are provided in cases where cancellation occurs due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Pandemic restrictions

  • Government regulations

  • Political unrest

  • Venue closure

  • Other events beyond organizer control

However, alternative attendance options or rescheduled dates will be offered whenever possible.

5. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within:

  • 7–14 business days for Indian payments

  • 14–21 business days for international payments

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during registration.
6. Ticket Transfers
You may request to transfer your ticket to someone else if:

  • The request is made at least 10 days before the event, and

  • The new attendee provides full registration details

Transfers are subject to approval by Ki Eventz.

By completing registration for API Connect 2026, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
